room was small but nicely laid out, clean, and modern. staff were very helpful. excellent location.

It was very clean. Staff was friendly and the overall location was great.

I had a couple mishaps while staying here. out of the control of even hotel. They went above and beyond making things right for me. I can't say enough for the staff, so friendly and accommodating! A huge shout out to Justin! I would give 10 stars for my stay! The breakfast was sooo good as well. And the rooftop was awesome having a couple drinks!

Loved this hotel. The only thing I would add is the women at check in could be a little bit happier. Hotel was VERY clean, loved the bed, the shower and the breakfast was very good. Close to the Grand Central Train station so that is a big help.

Lovely clean room, helpful staff and great location. We had an interesting stay. The building across the street was being renovated and part of the building collapsed just before checkout. I do not envy the staff that morning. They were getting a million calls and questions from guests. In my opinion they handled everything perfectly. Kept calm, accommodated everyone and coordinated with the parking garage to make sure everyone was getting out safely. Maintaining a hotel in midtown cannot be easy but they made it look that way. Kudos for handling a difficult situation expertly. Very very impressed.

Very centric and close to grand central bank o go anywhere. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

Hidden amenities charge hits you upon check-in, you They even charge for the coffee in the lobby (stale and watery as it was).
