Great room and location. Best of all was the onsen, with lots of lotions followed by ice cream

Great stay at the Dormy Inn Premium Kanda! The rooms were nice and clean, and the location right next to Kanda Station made it incredibly easy to move around Tokyo. There is plenty of food and shopping within easy walking distance. The staff were very polite and attentive throughout my stay. While the breakfast was decent, it felt a little sparse. The highlight was definitely the nice rooftop onsen (hot spring). I would absolutely stay here again

Premium location with easy walking access to Kanda Station, offering multiple train lines that make getting around Tokyo incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hot baths on the 12th floor were definitely the highlight of our stay—a perfect way to relax and relieve the stress after a full day of sightseeing. Just remember to take off your shoes before entering the bath area and shower thoroughly before using the hot baths, following Japanese bathing etiquette. Breakfast was another gem, with a great selection that made for a wonderful start to each day of our Tokyo adventure. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back on our next trip to Tokyo!

Facilities were good. Very strict on no tattoos in onsene. Also checking in was not as smooth as it xould be because they use an automated system that didn't recognize the Expedia reservation. Otherwise location was great and staff were very helpful

100% recommend staying here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The public bath is stellar (sauna, indoor bath, outdoor bath and ice cold bath) and you can wash your clothes while you bathe. The free evening ramen and icy pole were lovely to come back to after roaming Akihabara. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but if you're going out a lot, you won't notice. Also the location is very convenient, close to a few JR and metro stations so it's easy to leave and to come back to.

The room was smaller than the other places I’ve stayed in Tokyo. It’s right by the train so it was loud 24/7. It’s nice that they had ramen at night and they have a washer and dryer making it convenient to wash clothes.

Perfect ratio of amenities, location, cleanliness for the price. Onsen bath well equipped, laundry onsite, spacious rooms for Tokyo. Close to JR train line and Tokyo metro.
