友人と滞在

Expedia lied to me saying Beachfront refused to refund my booking as it defaulted me to wrong dates, Beachfront were helpful with correcting telling me they did not refuse changing dates, I stayed there but it was very stressful communication, and it should not have been, left toilet bag behind and 3 weeks later Beachfront still haven't returned this, after supplying Credit card, very disappointing all round, customer service very low here.

I stay here every time I am in Napier. Its position cannot be surpassed and it is clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful.

Great stay at Beachfront Motel Napier! The room was clean and comfortable, with an awesome beach view. The location was perfect, close to town and right across from the beach. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
