Nicely furnished room, clean and tidy, nice stay, breakfast good,,probably breakfast heat lamps be better turned up to make food hotter, if possible, overall, very enjoyable,, needs more information, signs how to get to back of the hotel, to use the car park

I booked the Redwing lodge at beginning of the year. Turned up and it changed names/ companies. I ended up walking around for about 15 mins as was not informed of the change. It's now under IHG Franchise. Not bad but the decoration of the property and felt a bit bodged. My room stank of paint.

It’s been a long while I’m using certain hotels in England and in India as well, but this was my worst than ever experience pathetic services pathetic zero corporation couldn’t use amenities air-conditioner was not working. Staff was not helpful at all and strictly unable to resolve our issues

It was okay.
No where on the building does it have the words Redwings, which caused more than a little confusion.
The room itself was okay, but there was maybe a quarter of a roll of loo roll for three of us to share for a two night stay!
The air con worked fine, but dripped water on our belongings, so woke up with soaking luggage.
The evening ‘restaurant’ only served drinks.
Flat screen TV wasn’t connected to the internet so no channels were available to watch.
It was £5 to use the car park for 24 hours, and there were less than 10 spaces available, so parking was a challenge.
The main entrance to the hotel was through the back of the car park.
But other than that, it was fine!
