Ein wunderschönes Apartment, in dem man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Besonders die Liebe zum Detail und die hochwertige Ausstattung der Küche haben uns beeindruckt. Alles war genau wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar schöner. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Clean room and great staff!

Host contact by guardian s phone and was not present on site Unit ok , dinning table and chairs, ustensil for cooking but we don t need , water machine Bed room is clean and comfortable Bathroom ok ( bathtuve and rain shower , hand held shower ) Need attention because there are molds around bathtube , bathroom s door is damage on the side ( but its close ok ) , cup for toothbrush is dirty , Washing soap for dishes is also in a very used bottle Night lamp table is crooked An average stay , one night is OK ( we got it by using our expedia point so we did not pay for the room ) we choose the place cause it s close to a club that we want to go , otherwise , we will choose another place ! )

Very impressive!! The staff went beyond routine service, helping me with the same sincerity and warmth I would expect from my own family.

호텔룸은 조용하고, 깨끗하고, 넓고, 편리했습니다. 방에 냉장고, 전자레인지, 전기쿡탑, 간단한 조리도구와 식기가 있었고, 욕실에는 욕조와 헤어드라이어도 있습니다. 직원분들 모두 친절하시고, 하우스키핑도 완벽했습니다. 호텔이 아니라 집처럼 생활하다가 온 것 같아요.

非常に良い。サービス良し、部屋良し、コミュニケーションも英語ができれば何とかなる。 部屋は広く清潔で、ベッドは大きい。バスルームも広いが、シャンプーがなぜか二つ置いてありボディーソープはなかった。冷蔵庫は大容量、カトラリーも充実。自炊も可能なキッチンにウォーターサーバー併設。頼めば洗濯もしてくれる（部屋の外の共用部にあるけど勝手に使っていいかはわからない。多分ダメ）。 空港からは少し遠いが送迎があるので問題なし。どんなに早くても、どんなに遅くても割と対応してくれる。自分は夜10時、朝5時で対応してもらった。 旧市街地からも少し遠いが、車で20分程度なので観光なら不便ではない。 近くに日本製品専門店があり、少し先に進めばコンビニらしきものもある。イオンも徒歩圏内にあるので非常に便利。 周辺の飲食店は大体英語通じません。が翻訳アプリとパッションで通じるので何とかなります。旧市街より圧倒的に安い値段でご飯が食べられる。レストランという感じではないので腹壊すかもしれませんが…

Nicely located appartment; very clean and a very nice and helpful manager. Will come back for sure!

It's a brand new serviced apartment building with about 14 units. No breakfast included and there is no inhouse restaurant. There are many eateries within 3 minutes walk. Each unit contains kitchenette with induction stove. Bathroom includes heated (Japanese) toilet seat (very appropriate during cold winter days) and overhead heater! Shower is in a full size bathtub. It is not suitable for elderly guests thought. Unfortunately, there isn't a shower curtain and the bathroom floor will be wet after the shower. Mattress is comfortable but slightly too firm. And sometimes squeaky. Wifi is fast and you can use the smart TV to view YouTube although TV channels are limited. There is a shared washing machine and dryer just outside the main door of the unit. I suggest there should be a notice to advise guests not to use the washing machines after 11pm so as not to disturb the peace of the neighbouring units! There is a slight problem to locate the building. It is about 50 meters from the main road but along a small side street. The exact address doesn't show up on Google Map. The daytime reception manager Andy speaks good English and is always willing to help. There is a night-shift guard who is polite but he speaks no English. Use Google Translate to communicate. Overall I would like to recommend this apartment highly because it's value for money. However it may not be suitable for tourists who are in Hanoi only for a few days as the location is not near old quarters
