Unfortunately the aircon was broken for the duration of our stay which meant sleeping was very difficult! No compensation was offered, nor a solution.

Staff was great. Hotel location was steps from train station and restaurants. Room was clean and has a nice bathroom.

Great updated bathroom, wood floors, comfy bed, delicious breakfast with many choices, short walk and then one stop to Schwedenplatz and St Stephan.

Vienna is an expensive city but I was expecting a nicer hotel for the money. The location is good and it was quiet but with things nearby. The building and rooms look and feels rundown and in need of some updating. Also, the bedding was super cheap and uncomfortable.

For a budget hotel, this is an okay option. The location is great, a calm yet fairly central neighborhood. The hotel is dated, simple, but also clean and comfortable. There is one massive problem though, which is sound bleeding between rooms. I could literally hear the next door neighbor unzip their coat, sneeze, use the bathroom, etc. If they chose to actually have a conversation, I could hear the whole thing. For that reason alone, I would not stay here again.

Excellent location, easy to get to the centre, small pld world lifts add to the character of the hotel, could have done with a fridge in the room orher than that not the ritz,but your not paying those prices other all good value for the price

It was just a couple of blocks to walk to the local U station. The staff was friendly in the mornings. We did not pay for their breakfast in the parking was $25 a night. We loved our stay in Vienna!

Very cute hotel that is easily accessible via transit. The courtyard is very darling and the rooms are well kept, clean and comfy. Check in at the front desk was a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again - it’s a very safe area (most of Vienna is very safe and walkable anyway, but this place is in a nice quiet neighbourhood but still close to everything.)
