My family and I stayed in our van instead. We booked two rooms and there was bed bugs visible everywhere. Multiple stains on couches and sheets. Bathtubs were literally black from not being cleaned. This was TERRIBLE.

Dirty room, roaches everywhere, n that's just to start, the air conditioning was broken n water was pouring out from the air conditioning vent in ceiling, of course all over my Jimmy chu heels n other designer heels n shoes n clothes that were all hanging in closet n on the floor. We unfortunately stayed there for a whole dreadful month. As if that all wasn't enough to scare you away, the noise n craziness going on screaming n yelling in halls ppl fighting all the time. Just completely uncomfortable, nerve wrecking for better words. We couldn't even get clean sheets or towels, was told I had to wash them myself n take out my own trash to the dumpster!!!!! SERIOUSLY 😳 Paid good money to stay in lil hell. Although the manager was very nice n did try her best.

The lobby was closed so I had to call, then it took me about 30 minutes to actually check in. Then the code I was given didn’t work on the door from outside on multiple entrances and when I finally made it in there was homeless people sleeping in the hallway to my room. The room smelled like old cigarette smoke and the tv remote for the bedroom was missing. There was a lot of people just hanging around outside of the buildings as well, just overall not a good experience or comfortable environment.

Older property. Grounds not looked after. Rooms are very spacious and large. Room was clean and in good condition. Host is only available 9 to 5.
