No nice view due to construction nearby the lights in the washroom is so dark can barely see

I haven't had such a disappointing hotel experience in a very long time. If this property was a popular destination 10 years ago, it certainly doesn't reflect that today. It appears the owners have neglected the property, as it feels outdated and poorly maintained. The carpets were dirty, the air conditioning was turned off in the middle of summer, and the staff were unhelpful throughout the stay. The hotel's advertising also did not accurately represent the condition of the property or the experience received. This felt like a 2-star hotel charging 4-star prices. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here, and I will not be returning.

We had a great stay at the Best Louis Hotel in Busan. The property is a short walk from Haeundae beach, as well as shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and modern. The included breakfast was a great way to start the day. It consisted of juices, coffee, and tea. You also have choices to choose from for breakfast. We chose the American breakfast which includes, salad, an egg, bacon, and toast, yogurt was available too. The property's location is extremely convenient, offering close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and the subway station. There's a 7-11 across the street. also had a drink option for the evening. You can catch an airport limousine just a 10 minute walk away from.the property (it's by the Snoopy station on the main road). We look forward to future stays.

Traveled with family. It was a good location and we loved our stay here. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Helpful staff with excellent food recommendations nearby!

Conveniently located for access to Haeundae beach and Station, very good breakfast and clean, comfortable room. What let the experience a bit down was the fact that our room was not cleaned for the day even after we mentioned at reception that there was no sign to hang on the door to request it be cleaned and they took note. Also the air con remote was not working and the air con wall panel was difficult to get started or adjust, with no instructions provided.

The staff was helpful but the property is so old, dark, it's smelled like cigarettes when we first arrived and everything in the room was really outdated. It is close to beach and to the market but I would not want to stay until there's some updates and cleanliness.
