We've stayed here a few times, always very friendly staff, clean rooms and it's great having a restaurant on site.

Very good place to stay and I will use this accommodation again and again.

No hand towel in the room. Room was cold, and garbage truck at 3 am was not good. Plus side it is by the Auckland airport

Very poor check in process. I had cash to pay for my stay. Was advised they no longer accept cash… the next morning checking out, they accepted cash from another traveller… maybe my cash was made by Monopoly money zzz The woman who served me gave me no instructions around wifi access, breakfast options, or any other beneficial features of their hotel. I have a large group of 50 travellers travelling to Auckland later in October and was keen to ask this hotel about booking or large group, after this terrible service… I’ll go down the road to The Sebel. The room was somewhat clean but there were certain areas not clean like carpet, couches and pillows. Recommend going elsewhere.

Room nice, bed comfortable, thought might have a smart tv, but unfortunately not, no spoon for my coffee. Nice and quiet. Near to places to eat

Excellent no fuss, modern, very clean, smart hotel with great value rates. The one big let-down was the breakfast. Don't bother with the buffet breakfast unless it is included in your stay. The selection is rather poor, especially on the cold/continental side. The hot food was not too bad. Bread variety for toast was poor - just cheap supermarket standard white and wheatmeal. The only available spread for the toast was raspberry jam. To add insult to this, the contents of the small butter sachets was literally rancid - the butter was liquified and curdled. It did not help that it sits on a table next to a huge, warm sunny window. The one choice of yoghurt was unbelievably sweet, as were the tinned syrupy fruit selections. No cheeses and no cold meats. It's a shame that this hotel lets itself down with such a poor excuse for a breakfast.

Such a convenient place to stay - close to the motorway, Manukau Mall, airport. The restaurant is good, plenty of free parking, clean modern rooms

The bad: Tiny room with lots of damage. Breakfast was not included. Could hear so much noise through the walls. Mattress was abysmal. Incredibly cheap and blown-out. The good: Sheets were clean.

Very convenient location for what we needed (next to Due Drop). Restaurant downstairs which we dined at twice - good food, fair prices. And also located next to lone star and a few other shops. Easy to get to off motorway.

Location
