良い The shuttle service and all staff were excellent. The bath tub and hot water were excellent. The bed and pillows were excellent. The air conditioner fan in my room was very loud and rattly, so I had to turn it off to sleep. The room got a bit too warm, but since it was a rainy day not too hot. I can't comment on the breakfast as I wasn't hungry and didn't eat.
An AMC theater is close by and a few handy stores are on the back side of the hotel.
I would stay there again if passing through Chicago.

少しがっかり Good Shuttle service to the airprt but the carpets stink, a lot of smoke odors, small beds, and we couldn't sleep due to people screaming through the night.

良い Less than half the price of many other hotels in the area, the staff was great, the room was clean and we got a good night's sleep.
Candidly, the building has a lot of wear & tear, but for the price it's a safe place to get a good night's sleep, a pizza in the restaraunt for dinner, some breakfast, and then a convenient shuttle ride to O'Hare.
If you need marble and all that, spend $350 and stay at the Hilton or Hyatt

少しがっかり We booked a one night stay here after a flight cancellation. We did not last more than an hour in here. The room was dingy, and smelled of food. The hotel itself is very old and in need of some serious upgrading. TV’s in the room did not work and the remote control had a plastic bag over it. TURN DOWN SERVICE OCCURS EVERY THREE DAYS AT THIS HOTEL - that is a serious red flag. We handed in our room key and left. Also, the area is not the best.
Don’t book here.

少しがっかり They’re in the process of renovating. Tv didn’t work. Pullout bed was old and rusty. Carpet was dirty. Shower drainage was slow. Everything that went wrong went wrong.

良い The property itself is decently clean. The bed are comfortable, but it definitely needs some major updating, as the couch was ripped, and you could tell that the ceiling had not been properly maintained, since they was paint and stucco peeling off around the windows
