This is a lovely hotel in a perfect location......with parking! The staff is efficient, polite and friendly. The breakfast is good. You can't go wrong here! I would highly recommend!

We were only here for one night to enjoy the city for a day before travelling to Lake Bled, but that one day was amazing! The room was fantastic - with a view of the pink church. The breakfast was bountiful.
But…it was all about the service.
Even before we checked in, they were able to accommodate a bedding request. On the day of our checkout, we traveled up šmarna gora - which took a bit longer than we had anticipated. But Blaž at the front desk was amazing and extended our late checkout so we could prepare before continuing our journey.
11/10 - will stay here again on my next trip to Ljubljana.

My room was clean and spacious. The hotel location couldn’t be beat. It was an extremely short walk to both 3 bridges and the pick-up spot for day tours!!

We had the corner Junior suite booked and they gave us a free upgrade to the grand suite. Hard to describe in words after traveling through Europe and tiny hotel rooms. This had a meeting table for 8. A living room area with three couches. A total of four bathrooms. But every staff member we dealt with was attentive and helpful and spoke great English. Location is prime right at the Central square. Tons of high-end shopping and a short walk to the castle.
