We asked to be transferred from our 1st room because its kind of gloomy and the hallway on our door was very dark that you can't see the person outside through the peephole. People at the reception should at least speak basic English, or they should have a translator gadget

The staff was very friendly, respectful and helpful.
Room itself was okay. I liked the cleaning on request.
I enjoyed my stay, only the location was a bit inconvenient. (Just a little bit far from all the action)
But I would recommend if you want a stay outside of the busy area.
Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Highly Recommended!
İ stay there regularly whenever I visit Bangkok. The hotel itself very nice. Friendly staff, beautiful quite room with small fridge, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Nice & quite at night.
The location was ok within a short walk to 7-11, boat transportation, and the main street. However, the hotel street is Soi like (narrow) and busy with traffic so the walk is uncomfortable. Most eating places are local Thai but Halal and cheap delicious food.

The room wasn't as advertised on the website. Damaged furniture, a little dirty but all in all it was a good place to stay. Comfortable, pretty well priced, nice and helpful staff. The location was good. I enjoyed my stay. I recommend the hotel.

良い The shower and sink would flood every time I tried to use them. There's a 7-11 a minute away and that was convenient.
