I booking this hotel, over others, on the basis of its pool and its gym. Unfortunately these come with an additional charge of £17 (approx) per person per night. Given the price of the hotel itself and visiting as a family this was disappointing. Kids can’t access the pool either. Beyond this, the hotel itself is really nice and the staff are very professional and courteous. It is also well located.

The room is really spacious given Japan's standards. Staff spoke really good English and service from housekeeping were prompt and top notch! Location is really good as it's very near to Kushida shrine and Canal City. Not to mention Don Qujote is just around the corner. The hotel is linked via underground to the Nakasu Kawabata subway station.

Absolutely wonderful in every way! Location is fabulous, easy walking distance to everything from subway to convenience stall to supermarkets and places of interest. Right by the river side too. Room is nice and clean, staff and SOP is even better than many of the 5 star international hotels. Honestly cannot run out of good things to say about this hotel. Will definitely be our standard go-to hotel in Fukuoka in moving forward. Thank you for everything!

Hotel was amazing! Staff were very kind and spoke English very well. The room was clean and came with lots of amenities. The breakfast brunch was very good and versatile.
