Beautiful, very large and clean room. Great service and lounge. Staff in lounge were wonderful. Only complaint is they do not offer complimentary beer, wine and cocktails in the lounge at any time - this comes across as very stingy, especially given the price and other comparable lounges at hotels. Also, Fairmont hotels elsewhere offer that, so very confusing and leads to disappointment.

1000$ for a room that the valet is full and since the valet was full I had to go park somewhere else and the girl at the front desk took almost 30 minutes before answering us which we almost miss our show at the bell center … they never offer to pay for my other parking or any excuse

Beautiful, large room and great service. Good large gym. Instead of an open bar though, the gold lounge featured a self serve cash bar with exorbitant prices (price of a cocktail made by a bartender is less in the hotel restaurant). For this price, and consistent with other Fairmont gold properties, that is unacceptable.

Breakfast and snacks in the gold lounge were both delicious and the staff were attentive and efficient.

All was good except for 2 of the staff in the lounge, very rude unhelpful on multiple occasions. Overall staff was great, but for the two on the gold lounge level.

Upon check in to our room, the bedsheets were full of hair and did not look like sheets were changed. The TV was not working, we couldn’t connect an apple or android device even though we spent an hour following instructions. Front desk was not helpful, they said they will be sending a tech guy to resolve the issue but a plumber was sent instead to do the job of a tech guy. Issue still not resolved. All in all our stay was okay, nothing fancy. The mattress is very comfortable and the buffet food was good.
