The hotel was fine my experience was bad I had my money and jewellery taken from my room while at breakfast .. the hotel has so far done nothing to check who entered the room or cctv I’ve emailed them twice and called to be told it’s impossible so my experience was not a nice one

Room small but comfortable. Maybe some things a little dated. Food good and breakfast excellent. In busy part of Los Cristianos but pool and internal areas are a quite haven.

とても良い The room was great, loved the beach chic decor & very clean. Staff were very welcoming & amenities very good. My only complaint is having to pay extra per day for use of the safe. Hotel safes are standard for this grade of hotel. To pay extra per day to use it in the room is like being charged to use the hairdryer - it's just a negative angst against an otherwise great hotel experience.

Didn’t get a beach view, on the whole the staff were very good, apart from some misunderstanding, possibly as I am not able to speak or understand Spanish.
