The hotel was well-maintained. The room, while compact, was clean. The amenities provided were of a high standard, leading us to rate this establishment as a solid four-star experience. Our primary concern, however, pertained to the parking facilities. The access ramp to all parking levels was notably steep, and the single lane for both ingress and egress presented a significant safety hazard. This aspect of our stay was quite unsettling.

Very clean and friendly, helpful staff. The location was good, but there weren’t many included amenities to speak of. Breakfast was fine. The hot tubs in the pics cost extra. But the most disappointing part was the gym. It was hot, and the equipment was a bit of a hazard. The bottom of the treadmill hits the floor every time you take a step. But overall, good stay.

Only the ocean view

Lovely hotel the room was big with a TV with Netflix. The hotel was well located and we used it as a base to explore the waterfalls on foot.

Toilet bowl choked. No basic toiletries. Front desk staff not knowledgeable and unwilling to assist on day tour.

I loved the view of Saeseom Island and the ocean from my room. I also enjoyed seeing the illuminated Saeyeongyo Bridge at night.

Their parking lot was too small. We had to park somewhere else for 3 days

The staff were respectful and helpful, although the room was little warm because we couldn’t adjust the AC temperature

Quiet area of Jeju, close to waterfalls.

The hotel was fine and within walking distance to the smaller market. Either the fault of Expedia or the hotel, breakfast was not included nor was the rooftop garden with the hot tubs. I chose this hotel for the photos of the rooftop hot tubs but they were an additional $22 per use. Disappointing.
