Perfect stay for our last night before heading to Milan airport. Great dinner at the hotel, breakfast and shuttle to MXP.

We loved our stay! AC! Friendly staff! And the restaurant downstairs is AMAZING.

Pros: proximity to airport (about 15 minutes), shuttle to the airport, breakfast, and a gluten free option (pizza) at the restaurant. The restaurant was nice and convenient. Cons: we had a family room that was rundown, the beds were hard, and pillows were not good. I also let them know in advance we would be landing and needed the shuttle, but they wouldn’t arrange a time, they wanted me to call when we had our bags. The call wouldn’t go through and they didn’t read my email, so we had to spend $20 on a taxi and we shouldn’t have needed to do so. The amenity that was most important was a letdown getting there, but they did get us to the airport the next morning because they do schedule departures. Based on reviews I expected a very nice hotel, but it was not the best. Fortunately it was only one night and conveniently near the airport.

Room itself was nice. Nothing too flashy, but clean and well taken care of, but the highlight was the service, staff, and restaurant. As soon as we got in we were able to check in right away and they took care of a shuttle to the airport as well as a dinner reservation at the restaurant immediately. Even provided us the option of them putting together a to go bag for breakfast since we were going to be leaving before breakfast hours started. They had it ready for us as we left dinner before going back to our room for the night. The restaurant itself was amazing. My wife called it the best meal she had while we were in Italy and the service there was exceptional too. I would definitely reccommend staying here if you are in the area.

Excellent help and efficiency at check-in. Needed to return rental car and then get free ride back to property. Reception desk person provided excellent instructions and advice, made a dinner reservation for us, and packed us a very nice, plentiful “grab and go” breakfast for our early the morning shuttle to the airport (10-15min). Shuttle was very prompt.

The hotel is located in a small town outside of the Malpensa Airport. We stayed only one night to catch a flight the next day. Could have stayed longer. We were upgraded to a large room which was a shame since we only stayed one night. The room and the hotel were very clean. The breakfast had a large selection of food. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Very functional hotel, excellent staff ( thanks elaria! ) restaurant staff is excellent , Mr. Jacomo .. excellent hospitality ( thank you ) Would stay here again. SPECIAL THANKS TO THE SHUTTLE SERVICE !! Very polite and very helpful .

Excellent! Convenient. Near the airport. The staff is amazing!

It was shocking how poorly maintained our room was. When was it painted last? 25 years. Chips and scuff marks all over the walls. Peeling paint and some mold. For what we paid, unbelievable. Stay in Milan and take the train.
