Great place for vacation

This was definitely a 5 star in my book! I would love to come back! The property is large, so you will need to get around by trolley which requires planning a few extra minutes in advance.

The staff was amazing ! The stay was relaxing ! Food 10/10 Japanese is a must! Shout out to Omar for taking care of us in the main pool bar!

Everything is fantastic as usual, but please bring back your great Mexican seafood you had back in the days… (to many hot dogs and dry burgers) And it’s definitely not the fault of personal. You just changing your concept. Shrimp tacos, ceviche and aqua chile became I little less exciting than before

Lugar excelente para vacacionar con la familia.

Beautiful property. Loved the two bedroom panoramic view suite with three bathrooms and it was the most comfortable suite we have stayed in. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were so courteous and helpful. The rooftop pool was so beautiful. The meal prices are comparable to USA prices or even more, but we had the all inclusive package which was totally worth it.

Overall, we had a good experience at the hotel. The quality of the food and restaurants was truly excellent, and we were very satisfied with that aspect. However, the issue we faced was that the hotel has a newer 5-star building and an older 4-star section. We booked our stay under the impression that it was a 5-star hotel, but the room we were given was in the older section, and we were not informed about this difference. We only realized this when our friends arrived one day later and were assigned rooms in the newer building with much better amenities, even though we had all paid the same price. This was quite disappointing for us.
