最高 The Franklin was amazing. Just came home from a week at the Franklin. From the time we stepped foot in the property the staff could not do enough for us. I would stay at the property again in a heartbeat. Thank you for the wonderful time and hospitality.

It was an amazing stay at the Franklin. The staff were professional, helpful and pleasant to deal with. The location of the hotel is convenient, 5 minutes walk away Knightsbridge and maybe 10 from the museum. I had a great time here with my family.

The Franklin is a small luxury boutique hotel set on a charming street steps away from shopping, museums and great restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised and would absolutely return. The check in was the most pleasant and personal check in I have experienced at a any hotel. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly. Such a gem!!! Thank you The Franklin Hotel London ❤️

I love this hotel, I’ve stayed a few times and the proximity to Sloan St is perfection. The staff is very attentive and make you feel genuinely looked after and appreciates my only issue, and it’s a design one is how dark the rooms are. The walls and furnishings are in black and dark gray hues and some rooms have small windows.

最高 Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Kensington. So convenient to many of the top major London amenities, such as Harrods, Harvey Nicks, the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park. Spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. Friendly staff and wonderful service. Highly recommend. We'll be back. Leona

The hotel is well located and quiet. Walking distance to the V&A Museum and Natural History Museum. The welcome note and treats were a nice touch. The bedside lighting controls were great and loved that it included a digital « do not disturb » light for housekeeping.
All in all, a really wonderful stay. I look forward to staying at the hotel again soon.

The Franklin was such a comfortable and convenient hotel. Perfectly located and very quiet. Staff was terrific. The breakfast room was lovely and the hotel restaurant does a terrific dinner. A real gem.
