最高 Big and clean room, convenient location for transportation and shopping, next to a shopping mall. Staffs are friendly. But need to top up if I need a walk in shower instead shower above bathtub. I fallen down on bathtub before, cannot accept this design anymore

Room amenities were good, housekeeping excellent. Reservation did not include breakfast. Overall staff were helpful. Location is great for getting on the MRT Blue Line without going outside. Plenty of food options in the mall beneath the hotel on the route to MRT. Early morning coffee available at Starbucks in the mall.
Taxi and Uber pick up outside from the sidewalk. Entry to hotel is via small lobby near bus terminal, check-in lobby is on 7th floor.

Great property, accommodations were outstanding, food was not good. I was in Taipei for a Convention, was looking for somewhere to meet up with friends and relax. The lounge was not accommodating, the drink selection was limited.
The bellman, David, at the entrance was exceptional.
Overall it was a great stay!

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel, and on this stay I was here for one week. Hotel is truly outstanding. It has wonderful public spaces, clean rooms and extremely helpful and friendly staff. The location is excellent with lots of local shopping and restaurants available in the same complex, if you decide to eat outside the hotel, it’s a short ride in an Uber or a taxi to downtown Taipei, or further a field as the hotel is above an train station. Moreover, relative to downtown hotels, it represents excellent value.

Very convenient, Shopping and restaurants is walking distance from the hotel.
