The staff would not give me a second pillow. It was very noisy at night - people running up and down the corridor and shouting. The room was very hot and the front desk ran out of fans. That said, the location worked well for us.

No house keeping for as long i was there , I have to change my towels by my self , breakfast was ok , parking very convenient . Staff not too friendly

Upon check in, there was a line out the door. With only one person attempting to check people in, deal with room keys that were not working and providing other support, the line moved slowly. They did have a self check option, but info from Hotels.com wouldn't work. Once getting to the room, it was sparce with the very bare essentials. Then came the noise, coming from outside, inside hallways and an elevator that was next to my room. Breakfast was meh.. For over $275/night.. not what I expected.

Reception understaffed and slow. No heating controls in room, which was cold. Other guests sometimes noisy in the corridors and adjoining rooms.
