Everything was great especially the staff.

A real gem of a hotel. Partner and I stayed 4 nights and it was excellent. Smooth convenient hotel pickup and check-in, the sea-view room was really lovely, AC was great. The breakfast was huge and fantastic, great big pool and the beach is total private, feels like an oasis escape. Gym has the essentials. Beautiful property and very helpful staff. Similarly smooth and easy transfer back to the airport.

Safety is too notch, great food, kind and genuine staff, very clean property. It was worth every penny.

Exceptional Stay at Crimson Resort Boracay! This was our first time visiting Crimson Resort in Boracay, and we were truly impressed from start to finish. The front desk staff were incredibly efficient, making the check-in process smooth and quick. We arrived on the island at 7:00 AM, and to our surprise, our room was ready by 10:00 AM—something we deeply appreciated. They also provided luggage storage so we could head out for breakfast, and even allowed our kids to start enjoying the resort amenities before our room was ready. That level of flexibility made a big difference for our family. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Sea View room, which turned out to be perfect for our family of four. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room had a cozy, home-like feel. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work—the room was spotless, and all amenities were thoughtfully prepared. The breakfast buffet was top-notch, offering a great variety with well-curated daily menus. The restaurant staff stood out for their professionalism—always welcoming, attentive, and ready to assist with a smile. We also visited the Azure Bar, and it did not disappoint. The drinks were excellent, and the nighttime ambience provided the perfect way to wind down after a full day. What our family loved most was the pristine beach and the well-maintained pool area. Our room at Crimson was nice and clean. Staff were absolutely accommodating. Food was a little expensive. Transport from airport to the resort, and back, was flawless.

The best resort in boracay

Best breakfast we had. The room is always clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Beach is great with less people and it feels like you have your own private beach

This is by far the best experience I’ve had in Boracay because of this hotel resort, ran by staff with excellent and respectful service.
