Parking was terrible

Breakfast was excellent. River view was excellent. Fitness room was NOT GOOD. NO water, NO cleaning wipes for the machines, NO gym towels, and a broken-down weight machine. Luggage carts were TOO SMALL to be of any help.

The room was clean and updated. The parking situation is very terrible and a tight squeeze. The balcony off the river is nice, can be a bit noisy since it’s right on the parkway going through Gatlinburg.

Rooms are above the river. Great view from the balcony. Easy walk into town.

The room was very nice and clean with a great view of the river. The location was good , very close to the free area shuttle which made it a very convenient place to stay. The staff however was not very friendly or helpful.

A better breakfast in taco staff.

This is a motor lodge with a lovely view of the river from the veranda. You do look at the neighbors across the river. The tub/shower and toilet are in a cramped space. The sink shares the room with the coffee, mini-fridge and microwave counter, and the sliding glass doors to the veranda. Everything is clean, but old. Parking is tough. The inn is a block from the free trolley to downtown Gatlinburg. Breakfast is average continental with some pancake machine as an extra. Bed was comfortable; we slept well. AC worked. Didn't notice the traffic noise out front, maybe the AC provided white noise. We found outlets for all of our devices and the WiFi worked. The hotel had easy driving access to downtown Gatlinburg or Pidgeon Forge. The staff answered our questions, made suggestions and were very pleasant.

Nice hotel that is well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast starts at 6 30 am. A good variety of items. Coffe was good. The staff are very helpful. The location is great. Close to all the attractions. All the balconies faced the river. We drank coffee very morning listening to the river. Easy access to the roaring fork motor trail. Common areas are outdated. They need a face-lift. Over all a great experience.
