Nice size room. Friendly staff and helpful info provided about the neighborhood. The shower head doesn’t stay up on its own so you have to hold the shower head to wash. Could provide soap to wash hands.

There is no staff at the reception desk until after 2:30PM. This hotel offers some empty space in front of the reception desk. If you don't mind putting your luggage in the public area without a guard.
I arrived around 12:30PM in the crowded hotel lobby. I text messaged the host for a safe place to keep my luggage. Knowing that I could only start my day after putting my luggage in a safe place. With no one to explain and I couldn't figure out why the host chose to respond my request after 90 minutes wait. I hope this review will help to a more responsive communication between the host and their customers.

This hotel is looks new, but service is poor.
location is very near to MRT station.
Very clean, good in electronic toilet bowl.

We arrived on a typhoon day and the receptionist was very nice to let us check in around 130pm. They also provided 2 cup noodles FOC for dinner as we could not go out due to the typhoon. There was a cute area at L1 with games. Breakfast was voucher at macdonalds. Overall a great stay with homely feels!

It was an awesome experience for my wife and me on our honeymoon. The owner was super friendly and helped us with parking, and the place was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend it!

The hotel is ideally located for any trips from or to Yilan or sightseeing around the city. It was literally a 3 minute walk from the train station. The room was comfortable, in a good condition and the staff was friendly, caring, and welcoming. And all guests get free breakfast at McDonalds! Overall, a very nice stay!
