最高 Staff were great breakfast and evening meals from fusion restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. Next to the train station a short walk(10mins) to the central square
Supermarket directly opposite. Rooms were very clean all air conditioned comfortable large beds. Didn’t use the mini bar as a lovely courtyard and lounge on the ground floor to sit in with waitress service.

最高 Hôtel très bien situé, à quelques minutes de la vieille ville et voisin du quartier juif. Accueil chaleureux avec rehaussement de chambre sans que nous l'ayons demandé. Tout était parfait.

最高 Absolutely loved the welcome - staff were friendly and as we are Expedia VIP members, we kindly got upgraded. Perfect location to train station and close to both old town and Jewish quarter. Had quiet room facing the courtyard! Would stay again!

Clean and quiet room, friendly staff. Nice bar and garden. Good location ( close to train station) and tourist attractions. A supermarket just on the opposite street, convenient! Definitely return when I visit Krakow.

Breakfast had limited options as compared with prior years. Dinner menu is also very limited and is not changing with the season.

Convenient location and very impressive decor in the lobby and room. Helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, particularly as it was a very warm weekend when we visited. It was mostly quiet, although sometimes I heard movement in the early morning - we may have been above the kitchen/food area (we were on the first floor). The restaurant was very good for breakfasts and drinks, and we had a pleasant meal one evening there as well. Highly recommended and good value for money.

Had an incredible stay here and an amazing time in krakow. The front desk were more than helpful with directions and recommendations and the fab fusion restaurant on site was fantastic also. I dont have any negatives about our stay here. We truly enjoyed the hotel and the city
