I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room and all common areas were exceptionally clean, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of great coffee shops just a short walk away. Also, the drive to downtown was quick and convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! :)

Suite was well-appointed and quiet. Lots of eateries within a short walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again!

The staff was very helpful and accommodated our unique luggage storage needs for our complicated itinerary. We were traveling by bicycle and they were willing to store our bicycle travel boxes for two weeks while we did our tour. It was greatly appreciated.

We booked via expedia. After our stay. They charged us the room on our card. I had to call them and they said it was a mistake and they will credit the charge. Which was.not even the same.amount as the room.
Also the booking said it had a continental breakfast included. When my wife asked for the breakfast...they said they had no breakfast included. That is false advertisement.
It was also obvious on the.phone they were not happy we booked with Expedia.
Why advertise with Expedia then.
Location and price was good...except there was.no breakfast included. Because of this We will never book there again.
I am.not.going ask for a refund but we should get some rebate because of this fault.

Excellent facilities close to the Université de Montréal. Clean, in excellent shape, and close to many restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, transit in a walkable part of the city. Great overall value. Will book again.
