Booked this hotel for the pool and being near the airport, extremely disappointed that the pool wasn’t open and doesn’t look like it has been open for sometime.. Staff weren’t helpful when I spoke to them about the tv not working and a light not working on entering the room.. with regards to the tv just told “tv working, just unplug and plug back in, this did work but is this just happening for all customers using this room. Breakfast was ok, apart from very well done bacon… For the price extremely disappointed

We had a late flight leaving Seattle after our cruise. The hotel was able to have our room ready early so we had a place to relax and nap before heading to the airport on the hotel's shuttle.
