Bathroom needs refurbishing. Breakfast uninspiring.

Check in staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and tidy, with all we needed. Location was great, across the road from station. Only down side was reluctance of housekeeping staff to provide an extra towel and clean mug - sad.

A few years ago this was a clean but run down hotel that was really useful for Glasgow Central station. I was given room 211 which has had a refurbishment and made comfortable. I am extremely deaf and loved tge view to people watch . Lift was out of order and had to climb two flights of stairs but there is a strong grab rail to help you climb stairs and get to your room . Lovely vegetarian buffet break and nice staff at a great price

Good hotel friendly staff

Lift out of order and new carpet on the stairs was being laid so getting up and down stairs was awkward. Room very tired looking. No air con, room was hot and stuffy. Room was clean and tidy so ultimately stay was ok but didn’t feel it was value for money. Unlikely to stay again.

Really convenient location, just across the station. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was OK. Only issue was the hotel shaked every time when bus passed, I couldn't sleep well.

Great location, reasonably priced.

Room was clean & check in was prompt & male staff member was very pleasant & welcoming The lift was broken & was advised in advance At reception on check in I asked for my case to be carried up to floor 2 which was done happily for me
