Yes every thing was good

My husband and I booked the Studio room with premium bed but the bed was floppy and the ensemble base was unstable. We had only just got into bed after walking all day so we were shocked to find the mattress was slopping on one side and the base on the castors was uneven. We could not get any rest also because the noise factor was incredible and without double glazed window and sliding door, this room rated well below anything we have stayed at for comfort. However the Chestfield sofa was comfy, we couldn’t sleep on it. We ended up leaving the room at 10 pm and driving all the way back to our home in Newcastle. The the price we paid and the quality of the room, I would say we got ripped off.

The room was very clean and all the amenities required for a short stay. An excellent price for the location.

When we asked the receptionist where the closest ,hotel, bar or somewhere new where we could sit and enjoy a glass of wine, she had no idea of what we were asking her. Directions given to us as how to get to the Napoleon were poor. The bathroom had bits of toilet paper on the floor, the shower had wiped out with a dirty mop which left streaks on the tiles Room 301 was stark and devoid of any feeling of welcome

Great location, with staff who were very helpful in guiding me around the area. I was upgraded from a studio to a one‑bedroom apartment on the same level as reception, which was extremely convenient and very much appreciated. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable, homely feel rather than the typical sterile hotel room. Being so close to the airport train made the entire visit effortless.

Walking distance to the Harbour. Great facilities. Comfy bed.

Apartment was a very quick 5 min walk from Wynyard station and also quick walk to the water.
