stayed at this property for 11 nights and would describe the experience as adequate. The positives are the excellent location, outstanding gym equipment, well-renovated rooms, and beautiful Old City views. Unfortunately, the service fell far short of expectations for a hotel at this price point. Aside from the engineer who promptly fixed my air conditioning and one hardworking housekeeping employee, most staff ranged from indifferent to outright rude. The front desk was generally neither welcoming nor helpful. The breakfast experience was particularly disappointing. The maître d’ seemed more interested in his phone or chatting with staff than attending to guests. Room numbers were rarely, if ever, requested, making me question why I paid extra for breakfast. The dining room was often either nearly empty or overcrowded, with long lines just to get coffee. Housekeeping was also below expectations. Towels and sheets were changed regularly, but my room was vacuumed and the shower cleaned only once during my 11-night stay. The gym had excellent equipment but was not especially clean, and I was surprised to be denied additional bottled water after receiving only two small bottles upon arrival despite being a long-term guest. On my final day, Ariel, the Head of Customer Service, took the time to listen to my concerns and seemed genuinely interested in the feedback, which I appreciated. Overall, aside from the location, gym, and renovated rooms, I found little reason to choose
