满足了我们对英国苏格兰优雅老宅的想象，除了不能自己做饭，只有简易的微波炉，其他都很好。由于赶上电梯维修，客服帮忙上下搬运行李到4楼。周边安静，住宅应该有大约150-170年历史，维护翻修很好。

Excellent staff, excellent room and excellent location, overall superb

The room and property are absolutely beautiful and the location is great. The staff are friendly and polite but there's not much in the way of service. I would definitely come back though when I return to Edinburgh

Near everything and very nice staff

We had such a lovely stay here! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We visited over the Easter weekend, so the rates were a bit higher, but it was totally worth it. They even left a chocolate egg and a sweet card for the kids — such a thoughtful touch! The hotel has its own parking area, which felt very secure. It’s £15 per night, but we were happy to pay for the peace of mind. Everything about our stay was great, and I’d definitely love to come back next time I’m in Edinburgh.

Absolutely loved our stay. My only change would be to have the property accept Amex. We used it to book but were unable to pay our balance with this card. This made it very difficult for us as we carry large balances with this card. If you are not going to accept AMEX then don't accept the first nights payment via Amex. If you do, the expectation is that it is a card that can be used. Most hotels do accept a variety of cards including AMEX. They made this a big issue and were very forceful about it. I'd stay here again. But, this was a definite thing that would stop me from coming again. And it's not really common anymore for companies in the travel and high end travel in particular not to accept all cards. Amex was accepted at small and large restaurants throughout Edinburgh.

What an amazing place to stay! Grateful to have found Hapimag. A short 10 minute walk to Princes Street and everything around. 20 min walk to Edinburgh Castle and 45 minute walk to Holyrood Palace (end of Royal Mile) so everything we wanted to see was in walking distance from here. Beautiful hotel. Everything about it was just great. Room was fantastic. Wife and daughter kept saying it reminded them of a Jane Austen movie. Decor was wonderful, beds were super comfy. Our room included two single Murphy beds that the kids used while we had our own master bedroom. Plenty of room to just sprawl out and enjoy the space. Would highly recommend for a stay in Edinburgh!
