Under renovations at the time but was fine. Staff was super accommodating with early check-in AND late check out!!

The stay was excellent. They were having construction going on but it didn’t disrupt anything. The staff was friendly and professional helping to answer any questions we had when we were trying to find our way around in the hotel to the parking lot. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice, well located hotel in a quiet area. The facility was generally neat and clean; as clean as possible in areas where the renovation work was being done. The room was as described. I very much enjoyed my stay and would come here again.

This hotel is incredible! The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever felt. Staff was so kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

The front desk personnel were very pleasant & helpful. One of the ladies at the breakfast area (Ani) seemed to be preoccupied and distant. There was another lady there that was very welcoming and helpful. (Unfortunately I didn't get her name.) The breakfast food was very good.
Other staff (housekeeping, cleaning the hall) members were unfriendly for example did not respond when saying hello.
We stayed Friday-Monday. I was told they would clean the room everyday. I don't think they changed the bed linen on Sunday and I had to asked for more towels & washcloths.
