Although we had reserved parking (and even confirmed by call the day before) the incredibly ill trained staff sent us into a full garage after having us wait for them to even open the door for 20 minutes.
They acted surprised when we came back to report there wasn’t any parking even though they had already had a conversation in Polish establishing the fact that it was full before sending us down there. They had to send us to a different garage around the corner and was incredibly inconvenient.
Also asked for clean towels and was told they didn’t have any. Like the entire hotel was out of clean towels. While there was a stack of clean towels next to them behind the counter.
Wouldn’t recommend

The room is very spacious, clean and walking distance to old town square. 10 min walk to restaurants, convenience stores. I would recommend this hotel.

I was dubious about this hotel based on other reviews but was pleasantly surprised at how mice it was, especially for the price. The rooms were immaculate, the reception staff were very nice and helpful and the overall hotel was very modern. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is lovely and staff were nice enough (didn’t go the extra and help at check in about the local area etc). Room was very clean, but bed was small, fridge was not cold but overall was lovely. One downside is having to ‘book’ the swimming pool which is always busy and not relaxing. Also you need to have footware for poolside.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce z pysznymi śniadanami. Pokoje nowoczesne i czysciutkie. Obsługa bardzo miła. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Miłe zaskoczenie jeśli chodzi o basen ktory wymaga wczesniejszej rezerwacji dzięki czemu nie jest przepelniony. Warty polecenia i z checia tam wrocimy :)
