This is a wonderful hotel in a great location with outstanding staff! The facility is beautifully maintained and food and service are excellent. What an enjoyable place to stay!!

Big rooms so plenty of space when staying for a while

Best for kids and families had a smooth stay

Needs a sit down waiting area out the front or in the lobby - very awkward to wait for cars especially in the cold or rain

The rooms are really spacious and wonderful amenities. The products in the room are lovely and they provide everything you need. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Room service is good quality.

Parking is a bit of a problem - $80 valet is the best option - an overnight stay and a meeting in the morning until about 11am cost $160 On a Wednesday night the main restaurant is closed. But the hotel is amazing

This was my wife and my second stay here, and once again it was an excellent experience. We enjoyed a weekend away together while the kids stayed with Grandma, and the hotel was the perfect retreat. The Park Hyatt is always our go-to choice when visiting the city. It provides a convenient base for seeing shows and exploring everything the city has to offer. The rooms are comfortable, cosy, and thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended for couples looking for a comfortable and well-located city getaway.

A beautiful hotel to spend days exploring the sights and shopping of Melbourne City. Beautifully appointed amenities, a gorgeous room, amazing views and very helpful staff.. will definitely stay again and highly recommend the hotel for a girls three day weekend! Just beautiful!

Gorgeous balcony suite overlooking a beautiful church. Just outside any busy area so it takes about 3 blocks of walking to get to the tram. Breakfast buffet was adequate
