Two staff of the four at reception during my stay were great, very helpful. The other two were not.
The room was very clean, however the toilet (flushing) was not working properly and making a lot of noise. I reported this when I arrived and it was seen to. The problem then persisted for the rest of my stay and I had to fix it myself each day.

Horrible experience, I didn’t pay attention that I booked a room in the basement, which is a jail cell. The stairs are very dangerous. Other people made the same remarks. When I asked to change to another room, I was charged another 50 Euros. I’m a very frequent traveler and this is one of the few times that I had a bad experience with a hotel. So, my good advice is to book in another hotel.

The lobby is nice enough but the rooms, lift and hallways are tired and need a clean. Dust bunnies in the stairwell and lift needed a hoover. Generally, the hotel is tired and needs a refresh. One good thing was the mattress was comfortable, but was very short. I am only 5 foot 4 inches and just about fit…
