One night stay for business; the check-in and check-out excellent. Staff was always available, if needed. The entire hotel was clean and well-appointed. Excellent location.

少しがっかり The negatives: Our room's AC did not work more than few hours and the repair person had to come to our room several times to fix it (the AC failed again). We moved to another room once there was a room available to save ourselves from 84 degrees in the room.
The room with failing AC was also very dusty and combined with heat, it was definitely less than ideal situation for vacation with family, plus, I did not find it thoughtful when one staff told me to pay extra to change rooms to get a working AC.
The positives: the housekeeping staff who cleaned our dusty room with broken AC were thoughtful. The people at the restaurant were accommodating and the food was good. Two of the front desk staff helped us change to a room with working AC and that definitely helped. The manager also gave us some credit when I insisted.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The fitness center has a good range of equipment, with new treadmills and a variety of weights. The kids loved the pool, which was heated and a good size. Would definitely stay again!
