Breakfast was great

Had a nice experience overall. Beautiful pool and the food was good. Gym was basic but was nice outside. I do think they could improve on the transportation within the resort. I walked all of it as I did not mind but it was challenging during check out as no one came to pick me up after almost 10 min of waiting.

This resort is fantastic! The property is well maintained and has excellent views. The staff were friendly and helpful. The golf cart drivers were prompt with pick up and drop off.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were so kind and considerate. The view is incredible. Would love to come back and stay. Far from city and some popular sites but everyone is willing to help get where you need to go and it’s so peaceful here.

Lovely hotel in spectacular surroundings

Property was beautiful. Foods varieties. I only spend 1 night so I did not get to use their amenties.

The property is impressive with great view of the mountains with lush landscape. However, they have a huge mosquito problems as such the enjoyment of the environment is near impossible. In addition, mobility is a major obstacle. Your car is parked outside the property and you must be picked up to everything like going to the lobby, the gym, the spa, the restaurant, the pool etc. nothing is near. And worse are the stairs. My room was in the third floor with 75 steps to reach the room is time. No elevator and suitcases must be carried up and down. In conclusion, I wouldn’t recommend this resort nor do I plan on staying there again when I revisit Chiang Mai.

Amazing staff and service. Food amazing and cleanliness is very well kept up. I would highly encourage people to stay here. Very professional and very polite. Food is amazing and very well prepared. I would recommend staying here again in the future.

Like : Room is clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful.Breakfast is excellent. Spa, I didn't use. Discomfort : Staffs want to know Where I'm from. It's OK to say Where I'm originally from.But most staffs asking same question. :)
