Amazing staff and service. Food amazing and cleanliness is very well kept up. I would highly encourage people to stay here. Very professional and very polite. Food is amazing and very well prepared. I would recommend staying here again in the future.

Like : Room is clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful.Breakfast is excellent. Spa, I didn't use.
Discomfort :
Staffs want to know Where I'm from. It's OK to say Where I'm originally from.But most staffs asking same question. :)

Great value for money, considering the pool villa comes with a huge personal pool and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Was also not expecting the many fantastic opportunities for birding, right in my villa. The resort grounds are pretty with lush hillside views that you will want to photograph. The only potential negative is that there is only one restaurant, with dishes that are hit and miss. But I did really enjoy some of the Thai food on offer. As this resort has been around for some time, expect some minor wear and tear, but these were mostly non-issues for me. Overall, a wonderful escape!

とても良い Issue with shower draining; told it was fixed but it wasn’t. Room had odor bc of the water issues. Pools and grounds were incredible. Food was delicious.

I stayed here a year ago and i returned to have more time to enjoy the amenities and have a villa with a jacuzzi. I would stay here again. There is nothing to do but stay on the property the entire time. One menu, but extensive. An above average breakfast buffet. Stunning scenery. Photogenic terraced swimming pools 2 freezing. One warm (not hot.). Only negatives were the shower water was intermittently hot and the room a/c doesn't have a heating mode which was needed in the mountains in January. The staff, upon request, brought more blankets and a portable electric heater.
