Great location. Very safe.

Friendly, clean, excellent rooftop bar... will definitely recommend and go back.

Rough start with no AC or fridge working and had to pack up and change rooms but front desk were very helpful in getting us a new room. Great location to the attractions

A comfortable hotel in a convenient location. My girlfriend and I stayed here for nine nights and had very few complaints. The rooms were clean, the staff was accommodating, and the air conditioning was cool and reliable. The hotel’s location in Eixample meant that we enjoyed the Gothic Quarter and the waterfront all without being more than a 30-minute walk from our room. The rooftop was a definite highlight of our stay. The pool was somewhat small, but decently sized in proportion to the number of guests. It was a great place to spend a slow morning or wind down the night looking out over the city. Two disclaimers for prospective guests: don’t get the breakfast, and don’t bother with a balcony. Buffet breakfast costs €18 per person, and is far below the quality you would imagine from a 4-star hotel. As for the balcony, there’s no point in having one unless you’re on the fifth or sixth floors. Save yourself the money and spend it on activities elsewhere in Barcelona.

Can’t beat the great location. The room is on the smaller side but has everything you’d need for a pleasant stay. Annnnnd Air con! Walkable to many great attractions and restaurants. Rooftop bar is another great spot for a delicious cava sangria.

We had 2 rooms. On the last night the AC went out in the rooms. We went down stairs and were told that they were being worked on. 2 hours went by and we were still burning up. Called the front desk and they assured it was being worked on. This was our last night in Spain with a 9AM flight. Finally around 2AM we were so hot that we just decided to leave. We went to the airport 7 hours early to escape the heat of our rooms. When I told the staff up front they said that they thought the ac had been fixed. However. They never called nor actually came to our rooms. Would not recommend this hotel.

Friendly attentive staff. Small but well appointed room. Gorgeous rooftop pool and bar. Great location. Would stay again.

The entire staff were very accommodating & professional. The breakfast was excellent! Nanci the manager of the breakfast staff was amazing!
