The hotel is dated but very clean. Breakfast was every day with lots of choices of food.

Mattress was shot (springs gone), shower couldn’t hold a temperature.

We really enjoyed meeting Lukas at the front desk. He made us feel very welcome. Some more vegan options at breakfast would be great. The room was very quiet and felt secure. Amazing location close to train station.

First off staff was outstanding. They were always smiling and willing to help. Early this morning, my wife got very sick and we were flying back to the US in hours. The lady at the counter contacted a pharmacy and arranged a ride for me to pick up medication. I made it back in time and while the trip to the airport and in the airport was very tough for her. The ride on the plane, she was already feeling better. This lady at the counter was so very kind and help.
We traveled 3 weeks through Europe. Her and other staff were THE BEST we encountered. We loved Prague and will return, and will stay at this hotel for sure.
We also got scammed into paying $200 in Vienna for laubdry. Your price, same clothes, $37.00 US dollars ~ Thank you.
Only small suggestion. Create an extra outlet to plug in cellphones and other devices, without unplugging the lamps. 😁

I loved the unique apartment. It was so nice to have a comfortable place to rest after a hard day of touristing. We walked from the hotel to the castle. Breakfast was amazing.

Our stay was fabulous. The staff was friendly and welcoming!
The room was lovely with a fridge and coffee maker. Everything worked well, especially the AC!
The included breakfast was amazing, with many options to choose from. The hotel is a quick 7 minute walk from the train station and located near restaurants and stores. The Hop-On bus stops right at the station and the tour we went on, also met in front of the ticket office. We would definitely stay here again.

Very filling breakfast with something for everyone and open until 1030 each day. Room was clean and spacious. A/C worked fine and bed was comfy. The only drawback was the tv had very few channels and was not a Smart tv so no way around it.
