Small room but perfect for a city break or business travel where you will spend limited time in the room anyway. All brand new so all in tip top condition!

Excellent breakfast, great location and very kind staff

A nice hotel, staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and quiet. It is a bit small but has most essential. The bathroom is modern and has powerful shower. Air-conditioning is working well too. Also the location is very near to Earl's court tube station. Will definitely use it again.

We stayed in the 'Standard Room, 1 Double Bed, (Small Room)'. Small was an understatement. The room was on the lower floor, and was extremely stuffy / too warm. It was cramped and no room to move around freely. There was no city view, just a view of a dirty corner. Bathroom was clean, however sink was tiny. To wash your face or brush your teeth was a challenge. The hotel itself was clean and looked gorgeous. The room greatly lets the hotel down. Staff were helpful, however we did feel they were 'looking down' on us. We felt they were judging us and we didn't feel comfortable going to them for help. Good location, down the side of a quiet high street which has a McDonald's, Sainsburys, a pub, a Greggs and a few other spots. Also has a tube station. Fabulous location, let down by the hotel itself.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was nice and as to be expected from a European hotel (smaller rooms and elevator, some cracks in the walls, etc). My only complaint is that we were given a room upon check in and, about an hour later after having unpacked, were told we would have to be moved to another room the next day as the room they gave us was actually for another guest. I wish they had simply told us that our room wasn't ready yet and waited to put us into our proper room. Upon looking at other reviews, it seems this is something they do frequently. They were really nice about it but I wish there was better planning from the start so we didn't have to add this extra logistic to our plan and repack. Otherwise, everything else was lovely - the staff, breakfast, accommodations, etc.

This was hands down the worst hotel I've been to or stayed at in my life. A hostel would have been a better option and I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. I got an economy room, and they gave me a room in the basement. I had to zigzag around the floor to even find it. The room was big enough for one person and that was the only good thing about it. It was very stuffy, the carpet had multiple stains, the walls had markings, dents, and the ceiling had water damage. The AC didn't work, and I had to open the window for sone air. I had to close it though, because I got the draft of cigarette smokes and trash coming into the room. The bathroom was so annoying to use. The shower was the worst. It was way too small, the glass doors made it awkward so you could barely fit inside. Water would just spill on the floor. The same for the bathroom sink. You wash your hands and the sink was too small, causing water to spill on the floor. The toilet needed 2 flushes to go down. On multiple mornings, I was woken up by the building staff around 7:30am because my room was by the side stairs and storage room. Throughout the afternoon I could hear them tossing trash outside my window. The delivery truck for towels was also making noise as I'm trying to sleep. I requested my room to be clean, and the sheets weren't changed. They used the same sheets and I would find the cleaning guy/girlfriend's hair on the sheets and pillows. Just terrible experience here. Earl's Court overrall was nice

Great place to watch a soccer game but I cannot watch any game at this moment. Everything is perfect for us. Great service!!!
