Loved the staff and all of their help! Location is good. The breakfast is simple. The price was right and in line with our expectations. We would stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful new hotel. Rooms are nice, location is ok

Great people. Great location. Everything I needed was available. Will return and stay here again. Thanks to the team at Halong Boutique Hotel. Had a great time.

Good friendly hotel

The breakfast was unclear from check-in. Could have explain the details or process during booking to help decision when booking accommodation. Not buffet breakfast. Also, they were understaffed when serving breakfast as people were asking for service but the only 2 server was cooking and preparing guests meal at the same time. It was little disorganised. Hotel was clean enough but do need to check the details like stained curtains and linen. All in all is was a good stay

The staffs were always helpful and friendly. Excellent price and includes breakfast. They can help arrange tours and transportation. Highly recommended.

Clean and nice facilities. Basics for a stay but comfortable and decent wifi connection. Walking distance to a few pho places, etc - solid choice for a place to stay a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of a main road.

Nice hotel in a good location, good value for money. Friendly staff

The staff was very helpful, they helped us a lot for changing our flight, book some boat tours, etc. There is not much to do around the hotel. Few restaurants, good but their staff doesn't speak english at all. Next time we will go live on Cat Ba island.

This hotel is beautiful and very clean. I love it the minute I walked into the hotel. I met by a super friendly staff. They are helpful and made you feel very welcomed. Ms. LanAnh is very nice, very friendly and very helpful. Thank you Ms. LanAnh. Another friendly staff is Ms. Quynh Anh. She is very helpful and friendly too. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful that these 2 ladies. Thank you. The room is big and comfortable. The location is great, very convenience. I definitely will stay at this lovely hotel next time I am at HaLong. Best hotel.
