A great hotel located only 5 minutes walk from the main station. Large rooms, comfortable beds and airconditioning that actually cools the room. Easy walk to old town and plenty of dining options in close proximity. Highly recommended.

Staff worked to ensure we had boxed breakfast to take with us due to early morning tour

So cute and quaint yet modern facilities (bathroom). A fridge was a bonus. Location was perfect- train station was close as was the central square. Would have appreciated a coffee machine or a common area with coffee. We were given instant coffee packages but instant is just not the same…

Nice place near city centre

Perfect location: across the street from the Central station and on the other side is Old Town. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. My daughter decided to come along so I contacted the hotel and there added her without any extra charge. They had coffee and tea as well as a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. They did not have an elevator and no way to convert the English- speaking TV show to English subtitles or translation. However, the rooms were clean and nicely decorated.

I think this is my 4th time staying there in the past 2 years. For me, for the location, and the price you pay, it just coldn't be better.

Half a block from the main train and bus station and different trams. Only 15 mins walk from the old town and cathedral. Save around the property with various restaurants around. The staff were very helpful and kind. Nice, quiet and clean room. Most importantly the airconditioning work very well! Overall very good experience! Thank you.

I had the most amazing time staying at Cracow Central Aparthotel. The room we were in was so spacious and absolutely spotless. I’m very fussy with bedding when I’m away but this room was so clean that I even used the blanket at the bottom of the bed! The area was fab and was in walking distance. Less than 5 minutes to the shopping centre, less than 15 to the main square! There’s a local shop across the street and a coffee shop which sells English tea which was a big hit for us. They have a cafe a few doors down which the food was beautiful for a breakfast! The staff on the front desk were so friendly but the cleaners seem a bit more reserved but this didn’t affect us in any way. I will be rebooking when I get the chance to come back to Krakow!

Hotel is well located 3 minutes walk to the main Krakow Glowny train station and 10 minutes walk to the main cathedral square. Staff were welcoming, helpful, warm and friendly. Luggage storage facility was very useful. The breakfast staff were very efficient and the food well prepared. Having a small fridge and a kettle in our room was very useful. The air conditioning in our room worked well if needed and the bed was king size and very comfortable. Would recommend to stay here and excellent value for money.

The hotel is perfect for budget travelers. It's a 5-minute walk to the central train station and within walking distance of the castle and the Central Square, all in the same direction. You can get good Polish food in and around the area, and the nearby Mall has plenty of restaurants to satisfy your taste buds. There is a Cafeteria at the hotel which serves breakfast only. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly to us. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
