We booked as a 5-star hotel but it’s 3-star at best. Definitely won’t come back. Bathrooms weren’t even cleaned for us. Judging by the room and overall hotel vibe, we chose not to eat anything there to avoid Bali belly

Property very misrepresented in photographs, in all aspects including the room, pool and dining areas. We had to seek and organise other accommodation..very disappointed

This is not 4/5 star hotels for sure but it’s clean enough to rest during the night while in Bali. Location is extremely great. So many things to do within walking distance.

The staff are lovely and the location is good. The hotel is quite old and run down. The rooftop pool isn’t great and the downstairs pool hardly gets any sunshine. The room is a decent size and the bed/pillows are fantastic. The bathroom is poorly designed and the shower system is awful. Mould has grown that can’t be removed due to the shower setup and drainage issues. If you’re looking for a well priced hotel in a good location this is fine. If you want a good shower and pool I suggest spending more on a hotel.

The room was clean and a good size. Some areas of the hotel needed maintenance but were still good. The staff were amazing and the location is close to everything. I’d stay again

This hotel is an absolute joke. Not sure how it achieves 5 stars but this hotel is far from it. Rooms smelt like mould and general condition of hotel and facilities is in very poor state with many items needing attention. We cancelled our stay after a few nights and quickly exited to another location. Location is good, staff are ok but poor management let's this hotel down. Noisy nightclub nearby with loud music till all hours.
