Make sure to do an inventory of everything in the room. Heaven forbid a washcloth is lost, you'll be charged. The only reason to stay is for the location, but honestly, there are better options next door.

All was good but the tv was old and not a smart tv. But overall the property and my stay was great

Our stay was great, breakfast fantastic nothing was any trouble. The chef and the girls were very happy and easy to have a laugh with. Location is great, room very comfortable. Modern and nice upmarket hotel without the price. Good undercover parking. We will be back again foresure. 👍👍

We honestly can't wait to stay here again. A+++++ to every metric of hospitality and comfort. The front office supervisor arranged a domestic travel day for us, helping us avoid many frustrating obstacles and time delays. It was the perfect solution and we were able to visit the historical site we wished. Pool was delightful ~ no outside food/bev permitted, but full service food/bev available. Lovely views of KoLan Island and Pattaya Beach from the pool area, but most rooms have a limited view at the balcony. The northwest end of the building have the rooms with the best views, however they are west facing and so may be quite warm with the afternoon/eve sun. A small workout area, but adequate while vacationing. Delicious breakfast buffet available, at very reasonable prices. Higher end luxury at affordable prices.

Location was great middle of beach road.

The buffet was amazing; a good spread of local and international options. The chef was very welcoming and friendly. The front desk staff were very helpful and very polite. The hotel is centrally located the restaurant and bakery attached provided good options for food but there was also a night market a 2 min walk away.

Noice and clean hotel.

Exceptional hotel. Right in the middle of lots to do. Only issue was the Wifi was in an out. They sent someone to “fix it “. It only got mildly better. 1or 2 bars or cut out the whole time. Full bars from the hard rock hotel beside us ?

Pool was smaller than on photos and it was”t deep

Very nice hotel. Polite and helpful staff. Nice overall room. Excellent location. Would highly recommend and stay again. Ok only complaint is that there is not enough shade at the pool area.
