My family of five traveled to Rome in late May 2026. We've never been abroad and did all of the planning on our own through online research, etc. This is the only review I'm writing for the 15 days we were in Europe. We loved our experience at B&B Ventisei Scalini a Trastevere. The price was reasonable. The rooms were unique and interesting - exactly what we were looking for. (These are not large American rentals/hotels, but we were ok with the smaller size so we could soak up the culture and location.) Trastevere is such a great/fun neighborhood. We felt safe walking around after dark and into the night. Our three early 20-somethings loved the vibe! And finally, I don't normally do this, but I had to make an extraordinary request of the lodging management, and they said: "no problem!" I was so thankful for their assistance.

The property was clean and nice to stay at. The atmosphere around the property is full of places to dine and enjoy. Good location!

Muy bien ubicado si se quiere estar cerca de la diversión y la juventud. Es una zona muy bonita e iconica de la ciudad . Hay mucha fiesta a todo alrededor. Muchas opciones de restaurantes. Los anfitriones muy amables, atentos y responden con rápida. La propiedad es de acuerdo a las fotos .

Everything was great. Cozy and comfy and walking distance for everything! I have a little OCD I did not find the bathroom clean the baseboards and wall needed to be cleaned. There was a spill on the floor and the wall that weren’t cleaned up behind the door.

Great location in middle of Trastevere and easy to access other historic sites. Accommodation was impeccably clean, showers hot and good air conditioning (necessary in the heat!).

The room was very comfortable. The restroom and walk in shower were absolutely beautiful. With plenty of dining and shopping so close it made it easy to enjoy the area so easy.

This spot was perfect for our 4 night stay in Rome, our room was quiet, the climate control was exceptional, and the convenient location was key. To say that our room was clean doesn’t go far enough, plus is was spacious. One warning though, once you get into the property note that the stairs are a bit steep, not so bad you can’t climb them, but be careful, I am 5’2” and felt safer taking them one at a time. We would absolutely stay here again! Loved the common area decor, coffee, and snacks!!

Perfect studio for 1-2 people. Location is great, especially if you enjoy the nightlife. Plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop. The hosts are very responsive and made everything very easy.
