On check out simply asked if I was using the same card I booked with to pay balance. I confirmed I was next I was being told the receipt was being emailed. End of contact, no have a nice day, or how was your stay? So much for customer service in a supposedly 5 star hotel

The beds and pillows were very comfy.

Great place to stay

Cannot fault The Pullman

Perfect and convenient for a comfortable night before our flight. Dinner at the Apron restaurant was delicious, but it's fine dining, although worth the cost. Bar service was also excellent overlooking the pool. Would stay again when flying from Brisbane. Hotel was fully booked and often seems to be, so best to book early.

The staff was very top notch and friendly. We had a very early flight and the staff arranged a take away breakfast for us. Also we will first checked in, the staff explained all the amenities. The staff made us feel very valued as customers. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and canapés. The room was very cleaned and had what we needed. We stayed at this hotel as it was located at the airport which was very convenient. After staying at this wonderful hotel, I wished that we had a later flight so we could have made full use of the hotel. Hopefully next time!

Location near airport

We arrived near midnight with three children and despite previous confirmation with the hotel, the interlocking doors were locked and took extended time to unlock. The rollaway bed for our third child was also not in the room, and after further time waiting for the bed to arrive we were advised there were none left. This was obviously very frustrating considering the multiple previous confirmation emails, the age of our children and the time of night. We ended up having to share beds with our children which was less than ideal considering the circumstances.

Just stayed overnight. Room was pleasant and well designed. Would stay again

Great luxury hotel right at the Brisbane domestic terminal. Comfortable bed, quiet and great relaxing stay. Quick ten min walk to terminal or there was a shuttle but they charged $9 for the 2 min ride so we walked.
