The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We checked in early without any hassle, and there was ample parking available, both outside and in a parking garage. Upon entering our room, we were immediately impressed by its cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The pictures don’t do the property justice.
One thing to note is that it’s advisable to avoid using the elevator during check-in and check-out times. The wait time from the top floor to the ground floor is incredibly long.
Overall, our experience at this hotel was excellent, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

The room was huge and had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked. Bring your food and they have all the pots, pans, utensils, etc. There was also a washer and dryer with soap powder. Well worth the price. A Casino and restaurants right outside the door.

Staff needs training especially the woman working checking in African American lady heavy set very rude she shushed me when I tries to ask a question. Thank God another guy helped me. She left me standing there all stupid

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well equipped and kitchen is very organized. Everything is provided inside the room.
The only thing I would like for them to improve is the elevator which is so slow and that’s what I heard from other guests that it is too slow but other than that no complaints.

This is a great hotel and super convenient to the air and the strip without being in the hustle and bustle of the strip.... Eugene at the front desk is very sweet and helpful and we enjoyed chatting with him...

This is a wonderful place to say when you don't enjoy the giant hotels and casinos on the strip... The location is convenient to both the strip, the highways and the airport... we like the idea of having a larger room... we should have booked the suite with the washer and dryer inside, but we were able to use the ones on the floor below us which was fine....
