We liked the hotel. The facility was very good. The rooms itself were a bit on the smaller side, especially the bathrooms. But it served its purpose. We especially enjoyed the free breakfast. (American needs to step up their free hotel breakfast). Breakfast staff was very good, they took great pride in providing a good morning service for us guests. Having laundry machines on site is a life saver for foreigners like us. The hotel location was good, they had a 7/11 and Family Mart right around the corner for snacks. It was just a short walk to the subway line, which was a life saver. The area was safe, I felt very safe to walk around at all hours of the day and night. The area wasn’t overly busy like other well know Tokyo areas, which was okay with us. It gave us a break from the busyness of what Tokyo offers. I’d definitely stay at this hotel and stay in this area again if I ever make it back to Tokyo.

I was very happy with my stay here. The staff is very kind and helpful. It is in a quieter part of Akasaka, but there are a couple subway stations only a 5-10 minute walk away and there are convenience stores nearby for essentials. The breakfast buffet was very good, and I thought it was very courteous that they have a fridge in the lobby that is always fully stocked with water bottles for guests to help themselves. The building and rooms are a little dated in terms of decor, but they keep it clean and everything was in a good state of repair. If this is the location and price point you want, then I would strongly recommend choosing this hotel.
