terrible hotel ever

This was by far the worst hotel experience my family has ever had. The property was extremely dirty, and the kitchen in the room was not a place where anyone would feel comfortable preparing food. I was genuinely concerned about the cleanliness and hygiene, especially while traveling with two small children. During our one-week stay, we had to move rooms three times because of ongoing problems. We also experienced a complete water outage, a toilet overflowing in one room, and long waits for the elevator because only one elevator was operating. We even lost half a day of our vacation just moving between rooms. As a family of four, we were given only two towels while staying on the 10th floor, and the housekeeper told us she could not provide any more. On the 12th floor, the service was much better, and the housekeeper there was kind and helpful. Overall, the hotel was poorly maintained, stressful to stay in, and far below the standard that was advertised. I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially families with young children.

They were lifesavers after we checked out of our hotel and had to wait for our late night flight. Had a place to rest till it was time to go back home.

awful everything broken

never staying here again. paid for a suite got a small room with fireworks in bathroom and next to bed, the sink wasnt working good, tiles in bathroom peeling up and wouldn’t move us til next day. had to wait til 3pm for a different room which had hair on sheets, issues with toilet and overall not what i paid for. One elevator was broken and the one working wasn’t working well. the last day we checked out they shut off the water for the whole hotel which made it inconvenient being we had babies. horrible experience and rude front desk workers. management on duty did nothing to help us. the hotel stay here ruined our trip to oahu.

Check in was a breeze but that was the only positive thing about this place. One elevator was broken and there was always a long line to use the elevator. The room was not sanitary! There was mold, roaches, and it had a dirty floor. The mattress was stained and the curtains were also stained with some red liquid. We tried to book another hotel asap but because exit was a holiday weekend there was nothing available. I oils not recommend staying here!!

The most convenient stay with very kind and helpful staff!
