The water was shut off for over an hour when we woke up. No toilet, sink or shower available so not able to do anything ! Hotel refused any compensation for this issue. I would not stat here again !

Conveniently located and easy walk to most of the tourist spots.

Amazing hotel! If we come to Salzburg again will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very central. It is comprised of several older buildings, which make it challenging for less mobile folk to navigate, but the staff are very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and good size. The selection for breakfast is very good.

Great hotel and great location. Only drawback is lots of door slamming by the cleaning staff early in the morning.

A great hotel loved how it had proper aircon and a fridge unlike other hotels in Europe.

Our family of 6 adults absolutely adored this hotel. It was clean, attractive, historical, and very comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful, even providing us with directions to various places and making dinner reservations for us. The location is stunning and the breakfast room has a lovely view of the river and some beautiful old properties; the building has a very old Austrian history. The daily breakfast (which is included) was delightful- lots of options and high quality. The location is fabulous- close to shopping, restaurants, and bus transportation. It has a small coffee shop which opens onto a main square - so charming. I can't recommend it more highly. We will not soon forget it!

Cute, well maintained hotel. The shower leaked because the door doest seal properly, so we spent a bit of time cleaning water off the floor the first night. But the location was excellent, staff was friendly, and room was comfortable. The only odd thing is that the room key comes attached to a giant weight, so you have you give your key back every time you leave and pick it up from the front desk when you return. Very strange. Otherwise, would recommend.

I had one problem that was remedied and to my satisfaction without undue stress.
